TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my art services you agree with the following conditions. Please read this carefully.

Information and rules

1. If you do not register the slot through the form then information that must be sent by mail within 7 days after ordering (if you violate the terms, your slot is canceled)2. The work is performed within 60 working days, excluding weekends.3. After payment, I do not refund funds in case of cancellation.4. Edits are made only at the stage of draft sketch and clean sketch. Only small changes are possible during the line and working with the color. All major edits are performed for an additional fee.5. The works are not for commercial use. Commercial use is possible for an additional fee.6. I forbid you to make edits to the work yourself or to change my work. All changes can only be made by me at your request.7. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.8. I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my social media/ Portfolio (If commission piece needs to stay private for a certain reason, I will post it on a later date agreed upon)9. I do not hold claim to the intellectual property of the commissioned work (characters, story, etc.)10. I will not make further profit from commissioned work (re-sell, reproduce)11. You have the right to post / use the finished commissioned piece on your social media, sites, forums (profiles /banners, etc.)12. Fees are non-refundable.13. Payment after draft sketch. If the payment is not received within 7 days after the sketch is approved, the slot is canceled.
